This product is great in navigating, traffic updates super, recalculating nice turn around time, nice wide screen, good volume options….touch screen is not so senstive…one down side

It’s easy to use, connects fairly quickly and has text-to-speech, lane assist and lifetime traffic.
There are two negatives: 1) the location of the power-cord plug (on the bottom, making it more difficult to position; and, 2) the way in which the unit snaps in and out of the holder. Those little tabs look pretty fragile.
But, operation-wise, it’s just great.
5 Stars VERY SATISFIED.
Accurate to less than 100 feet. With the reality view and lane assist at intersections and exits, you will never miss your exit. If you get a lot of tickets for speeding, the speed limit alert can be a money saving feature. Traffic alert very helpful in busy cities. Compared to the $699.00 Garmin Street Pilot 2700 I bought three years ago, the Navigon 2100 Max is a steal.

Excellent GPS. Have owned a Cobra GBS and a Garmin GPS, this one is much better. Three D graphics and lane assist are great. Traffic is right on. POI”s could be better.
1 Stars Beware ALL from Navigon!
I bought a Navigon GPS unit and after five months of infrequent use the screen cracked, making it useless. It would be nice if Navigon would replace it, and I am even willing to pay for replacing the screen myself (although I fail to see how a unit that requires that much pressure to use and then cracks is considered ‘worthy’) but guess what — Navigon has no ‘repair facility’ anywhere around so this screen is not going to be replaced. A total waste of my money. Why would you buy ANY Navigon product if they offer no way to have it repaired? If I had known that up front I certainly would not have spent money on anything from them.
