Purchased this as a gift for my sister(refurbished). She was on a trip and lost the signal for nearly 2 hours. Thank goodness she knew where she was going.

The item only worked for a few hours and it took 4 hours of holding on the phone to get anyone to help me. They promised to send a replacement but I haven’t recieved it yet.

I bought this for my husband for his birthday, now of course he doubts my ability to research and find him quality electronics…..I didn’t work, we had a couple following us on a river trip and they needed a Walmart, 3 times this thing sent us in circles. I am very unhappy

Product is handy tool, takes a little getting used to. You can’t beat the price. I would and have recommended to our friends. Love the screen size.

we get lost if we rely on this GPS system. We tried it to a familiar places and gave us wrong directions, not worth buying. Buy something else.
